Challenge
Physicians and dentists starting post-graduate internships in Poland must plan rotations across hospital departments and report progress to the Medical Chamber. The official tool — an Excel file with macros — was clunky, error-prone, and unusable on mobile devices.
Solution
We designed and built a cross-platform mobile app in Flutter that replaces the spreadsheet entirely. Doctors can plan their full internship schedule, add notes for daily work, set reminders for important deadlines, and track completed requirements — all from their phone.
Outcome
Nearly 1,000 monthly active users, 5-star App Store rating, and growing. The app has become the go-to planning tool among intern doctors in Poland, with active development of new features underway.

Challenge
The client's technology landscape had grown fragmented — some systems on-premise, others in AWS — with no unified view of their data. Business teams couldn't get reliable cross-system analytics or understand customer behavior and transaction patterns.
Solution
We designed and built a centralized AWS data lake unifying on-premise and cloud sources. The architecture used S3 with Apache Hudi for table management, AWS Glue for orchestration, Apache Kafka for real-time streaming, and Debezium for change data capture — enabling near real-time ingestion without disrupting existing systems.
Outcome
Unified dashboards with data flowing from two source systems, and an architecture designed for easy extension to additional data sources as the business grows.
